Hugging this character: Yes - he's rather open to friendly gestures! However depending on who it is his reaction will vary.
Kissing this character: On the cheek yes! He will get very easily flustered!
Flirting with this character: Yes but he's never had anyone flirt with him!! (that he's noticed!!) he's going to be very very embarrassed and stammer a lot.
Fighting with this character: Yes - but like any game protagonist he'll just assume he's being challenged to a Pokemon Battle.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes, feel free to rough him up. He can be a reckless boy despite his usually upbeat personality.

Warnings: Elio tends to mask his emotions behind a smile, not that he doesn't ever express them. He just doesn't want people to worry, especially those he comes to care for. He can also at times be seen smiling vacantly when he's deep in thought about one thing or another.
